How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Due to all our products being hand finished , Most orders are shipped within 21 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 21 to 27 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a SMS and email from us once your order has been dispatched with the tracking AWB and RWB number. Click on that to check your package’s current location.

RETURN & CANCELLATION
What is Home and Body Works return and refund policy?
Our return process is simple and free of charge if/ and when the product is mismatched or damaged

- Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. It is important that you send it back in the original packing so chances of damages are minimised.
- Once we receive the item/s in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate a refund which will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days. In all cases, the refund will be made via online transfer and not by cash.
- Please note we do not accept returns of Glass products. Glass products require professional packing and are very likely to get damaged en route.
We strive to give customers the best ease in payments. While we currently are not accepting e card payments but we will surely update you through our newsletter once we start accepting.
How do I exchange an item?

I have received a damaged product. What do I do?
In case you have received a damaged or defective product let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged piece. How do I cancel my order?

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?
After order cancellation, the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. Please email us your bank account details so we can start the process.
If you are returning the goods for any reason, the amount will be transferred back to after we receive the goods back in the warehouse.
When will the refund reach my account?
Once we receive the items in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund which will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
In all cases, the refund will be made via bank transfer and not by cash.
Will the GST amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?
Yes, the entire GST amount will be refunded in case of cancellation/return.

INVOICES
I did not receive an invoice. What should I do?
You will receive a printed tax invoice with your package when it is delivered to you. If you would like us to email the invoice to you, please reply back on your order confirmation email or send a request to admin@homeandbodyworks.com. Don’t forget to mention your order number.
Can you provide a GST invoice against my online purchase?

Please note the following points about GST invoices:
1) GST invoice can be given before the 10th of the succeeding month in which your purchase was made (e.g. for a purchase made in the month of December we can issue a GST invoice only till 10th January). So please put in your request in time.
2) If the customer lives within Bangalore, the customer must have a GST number with 15 - digits otherwise even if we issue a GST invoice the customer will not be able to take credit if the GST number does not contains 15 digits. This is as per the government GST rules under "Place of Supply".

We will try to accommodate your request if we still have the package in our possession. If it has already been handed over to the courier company, it won’t be possible. Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, but it is restricted currently to Tier A and Tier B cities. We will be adding more pin codes in the future.
What forms of payment are accepted for on your website?

Will you hold the order and ship it at a later time?
We normally ship by the quickest method available and delivery dates cannot be selected or changed. Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses?
We only accept one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you would like items delivered to different addresses.
GIFT WRAPPING
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
All our packaging is done using high quality Styrofoam and then covered with a sturdy brown box. Due to size and shipping constraints we currently do not provide gift wrapping for individual products.
GIFT CARDS
How do I purchase Gift Cards online?
We do not have gift cards available as of now, please follow us on social media for updates.
What will happen after I buy a gift card?
Online Gift Cards can only be redeemed online on our website. To redeem Gift cards, during checkout, enter the Gift Card Code on the Payment Information page and the amount will automatically be deducted from your total.
How do I send the Gift Card to the person I want to gift it to?
You will receive an email confirming delivery of the eGift Card to the recipient.
Can Gift Cards be exchanged for cash?
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
